Suman Ale is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University in India and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne. She brings over two years of clinical experience in acute emergency care, where she developed strong critical thinking abilities, rapid assessment skills, and the capacity to deliver high-quality care in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Currently working at Hanson Medical Centre, Suman is involved in a wide range of nursing responsibilities including comprehensive patient assessments, chronic disease management, preventative health education, and clinical procedures such as iron infusions. Her dual background in clinical nursing and public health equips her with a holistic understanding of patient care—focusing not only on treatment but also on long-term wellbeing and community health outcomes.
